“On behalf of everyone, I sincerely thank you for truly sending us home. Throughout the entire time we were held here, the Arakan Army not only detained us but also provided full support for all our family members social needs, food, clothing, health care—making sure nothing was lacking and taking good care of us. On behalf of all family members, I want to express my special gratitude.”
“Another thing is, when we were feeling very low in spirit, there were commanders who came to encourage us with kind words, prayers, teaching, and by doing what needed to be done thank you to those people. Also, the teachers who took care of us while we were detained the female officers of the Arakan Army who treated us like their own sisters and mothers, caring for us well until today—I want to express our deep gratitude on behalf of my family to those female officers from here.”
“On behalf of everyone, our heartfelt thanks expressed to all, from senior commanders to lower-ranking personnel in the Arakan Army.”
