Maungdaw Marks Memorial for Over 100 Hindus Massacred by Bengali Militants

A memorial ceremony was held today, August 25, in Maungdaw Township to mark the 8th anniversary for 113 Hindus who were brutally massacred by armed Rohingya extremists.

At the ceremony, the Hindus performed religious prayers according to their faith.

On August 25, 2017, Rohingya armed extremists massacred 113 Hindus including children, women, and elderly people—from Kha Maung Seik and Yebaw Kya villages in Maungdaw Township.
