Cox’s Bazar, September 27.

Rohingya refugees in camps in Bangladesh have accused the Arakan Army (AA) of being like a Nazi force.

Today, September 27, they gathered in the refugee camps to welcome and show support for the ongoing UN General Assembly, calling for a resolution to the Rohingya refugee issue.

In those petitions made during the refugee gatherings, they accused the Arakan Army of being like a Nazi force and portrayed it as a terrorist army.

Those refugees had also verbally attacked and insulted the leaders of the Arakan Army (AA), including its Commander-in-Chief, General Twan Mrat Naing, on August 25.

In addition, they also verbally attacked and insulted State Counsellor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, former President U Win Myint, and the acting president of the National Unity Government (NUG).

In addition, Rohingya children in the refugee camps are also being indoctrinated with ethnic and religious hatred and are frequently encouraged to insult local leaders.

International communities have criticized that extremist groups in those refugee camps are actively mobilizing people to commit acts of violence, yet the Bangladeshi authorities have taken no action against them.
