Mrauk-U, September 24.

In areas under the control of the Arakan Army (AA), local farmers have begun planting winter crops.

However, the farmers say they are facing many shortages, including fertilizers, pesticides, and proper farming techniques.

Since the start of the final battle in Arakan, the military junta has blocked all transportation routes, including roads and trade channels.

As a result, basic food items and other goods have become scarce and expensive, leading local residents to place more value on locally produced products.

Local farmers have begun planting chili plants for the upcoming winter season, but they say they are in need of support.
