ရခိုင်တိုင်းရင်းသားများပါတီ(Rakhine Nationalities Party)ဟာ နိုင်ငံရေးပါ တီများမှတ်ပုံတင်ခြင်းဥပဒေ၊နည်းဥပ ဒေတွေနဲ့ညီညွတ်ကြောင်းစိစစ်တွေ့ရှိရတာမို့ ဇွန်လ ၉ ရက်နေ့က နိုင်ငံရေးပါ တီတည်ထောင်ခွင့်လျှောက်ထားချက်ကို စစ်ကောင်စီရွေးကောက်ပွဲကော်မ ရှင်က ခွင့်ပြုလိုက်တယ်လို့ ထုတ်ပြန်ပါတယ်။
အဲဒီရခိုင်တိုင်းရင်းသားများပါတီ (Rakhine Nationalities Party)ဟာ ခွင့်ပြုချက်ရရှိတဲ့နေ့ကစပြီးရက်ပေါင်း ၃၀ အတွင်း နိုင်ငံရေးပါတီများမှတ်ပုံ တင်ခြင်းနည်းဥပဒေ ၇ နဲ့အညီကော်မ ရှင်သို့ နိုင်ငံရေးပါတီအဖြစ် မှတ်ပုံတင်ပေးပါရန် လျှောက်ထားရမယ်လို့ဆိုပါတယ်။
အဲဒီရခိုင်တိုင်းရင်းသားများပါတီ(RN P)ဟာ ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ဧပြီလ ၇ ရက်နေ့က ပြည်ထောင်စုရွေးကောက်ပွဲကော်မရှင်မှာ ပါတီတည်ထောင်ခွင့်လျှောက်ထားခဲ့တာဖြစ်နှစ်လအကြာမှာ ပါတီတည် ထောင်ခွင့်ပြုလိုက်တာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
အဲဒီရခိုင်တိုင်းရင်းသားများပါတီကို ကျောက်ဖြူမြို့နယ်ရဲ့ပြည်သူ့လွတ်တော်အမတ်ဟောင်းဦးဘရှိန်က ဦးဆောင်တည်ထောင်တာဖြစ်ပြီး သူဟာရခိုင်အမျိုးသားပါတီ(ANP)ဝင်ဟောင်းဖြစ်သလို အဲဒီပါတီဝင်တချို့နဲ့ ပူးပေါ င်းတည်ထောင်တာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
အဲဒီရခိုင်အမျိုးသားပါတီ(ANP)ကိုတော့ စစ်ကောင်စီရဲ့ရွေးကောက်ပွဲကော်မရှင်က နိုင်ငံရေးပါတီအဖြစ်ပါ တီတည်ထောင်ခွင့်မပြုပါဘူး။
