The United League of Arakan (ULA) has warned people not to submit complaints to the Justice for Arakan Telegram Channel by using another person’s name or by filing complaints on behalf of someone else.
The warning was issued by Ma Mya Zan Wai, Deputy Director of the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the United League of Arakan (ULA).
The ULA said that complaints filed by someone other than the actual complainant can create difficulties and confusion. It can also lead to incorrect or inaccurate information. Therefore, people are advised not to submit complaints in this way.
People who want to report a problem or grievance should use their own name and provide accurate information about their case. They are also encouraged to submit their complaints directly.
According to the ULA, when a complaint is received, the responsible officials record and register it. They then contact the relevant central offices and carry out necessary investigations and provide assistance when needed.
The ULA also said that people who have difficulty using the internet or other technology can write their complaint clearly on paper, take a photograph of the document, and send it as a complaint.
