Cox’s Bazar, June 4.
Heavy rainfall has triggered landslides in the Rohingya refugee camps located in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, affecting those living in the area.
Due to the landslides, some refugee shelters have collapsed, and falling trees have also damaged homes by crashing down on them.
As such incidents – landslides and falling trees – occur frequently, many refugees say they are living in constant fear and anxiety.
According to the international community, over one million refugees are currently living in camps across Bangladesh.
They say they are facing increasing hardships as international aid continues to decline.
